About Ruben Chi

Ruben Chi is an Arnhem-based movement artist and choreographer with an origin and essence in hip hop culture. That origin is always the starting point, from which he constantly seeks to break through barriers: between genres, cultures and disciplines. In this way he moves organically between the dance battle world and the theatre, between the international commercial circuit and the local community.

‍Chi is co-founder of the well-known and Amsterdam based Ghetto Funk Collective that spreads Funk culture around the world in the current zeitgeist.

‍Workshop level

The workshop are open level but we recommend some dance experience.
