PROUD TO PRESENT: JOE CLAUSSELL



‍We been exited about this one for a while. Producer and DJ Joe Claussell from New York is playing at this years festival. As main DJ at the Hip Hop Weekend pre-party (HOUSENIGHT) and during house-battle Joe will bring his amazing vibe to Malmö.

‍Producer and Dj Joe Clausell grew up in Park Slope, Brooklyn and has become one of house music’s style makers and pioneers. In the late 1980s, he started working at the Dance Tracks record store in New York. In 1996 he founded the record company Spiritual Life Music. That year he also started Body & Soul together with Francois Kevorkian and Danny Krivit. In 1999 he released Mix the Vibe, which included productions from Masters at Work, Kerri Chandler, Wamdue Kids and Dimitri from Paris.

Se Joe Claussel has played at several international festivals around the world and at the successful Boiler Room concept.
